Admin and Project Support Officer (Fixed Term)

The Muir of Ord Development Trust are now recruiting for a part-time administrator to support the running of the Company, its venues and activities –

Job Title

Admin and Project Support Officer (fixed term)

Accountable to:

The Trust Board

Direct Report/ Support:

Community Development Manager

Employment Status:

One Year fixed term (funded by SSE Renewables)

Terms:

This post is a fixed term contract of 12 months,

Salary:  £10.90 per hour

Hours:  3.5 hours  4 days a week ( 14 hours per week) but flexible to accommodate attendance at evening meetings and events

Location:                     The post is based in The Muir Hub in Muir of Ord

Purpose of the Role:      To undertake admin tasks in relation to the running of the Trust’s facilities and support ongoing projects

About the role:

We are looking for a highly organised person with excellent people skills for the role of admin and project support officer. The role includes taking bookings and working with customers and venue users, promoting our venues and events through variety of methods including social media, Booking keeping and invoicing and supporting specific projects and activities with the community development manager and volunteers
